Christmas in Saint-Tropez

Start of Christmas holidays:

- On 17-12, the start of the school holidays is celebrated in the evening with fireworks, this can be seen from the Môle Jean-Réveille

Activities on different days:

- From 02-12 to 01-01, the famous skating rink at Place des Lices is open again.  

- From 02-12 to 08-01, the Christmas market can be visited every day and the city is decorated with enchanting decorations and illuminations.  
- From 02-12 to 01-01, there is a light and sound show projected on the walls of the buildings in the port. This will take you on a journey through fantasy worlds in 2D and 3D images. 
- From 17-12 to 02-01, there is a large exhibition on the 'Christmas' theme which can be viewed in the Salle Jean-Despas. Here there are more than 200 creative Christmas trees, 400+ cots from all over the world, Santa's house and so on.
- From 17-12 to 01-01, there are free activities and surprises for children every day. Such as a climbing wall up to 8 metres high, a carousel or it is possible to take a tour with a horse and carriage and/or a train to enjoy the atmosphere and the city.

Separate activities:

- On 18-12, the grand parade of Saint-Tropez is at Place des Lices 
- On 24-12, Santa Claus arrives by boat from 18:30 onwards
- On 30-12, the end-of-year brass band can be seen with people nicely dressed up and delighting spectators with numerous musical instruments.
- On 31-12, one can try the traditional "anchoid" in the port of Saint-Tropez during the day to usher in the New Year in advance.  Then, in the evening, there is Saint-Tropez's big fireworks show to kick off the new year colourfully.
