For each property a booklet is drawn up in which the materials and vehicles in and around the property can be found. In this way we can act quickly when something breaks down, there is one overview with the technical specifications and spare parts can be ordered quickly or, if necessary, a mechanic can be called in. In this way the owner is never asked to take a picture of the broken product or to provide the necessary information to make appointments for e.g. an MOT of the car(s), preventive maintenance work etc.
